Women's Health Naturally! Expo and Workshops

Opportunities for people to learn about nutrition, functional medicine, essential oils, herbal remedies, acupuncture, midwifery, naturopathy, thermography, massage, etc. The workshop speakers gave in-depth presentations on a variety of natural health topics such as how stress affects DNA, coping with childhood grief and living a low carbon lifestyle.

The theme this year is Food is Medicine: Why it Matters. Naming food as medicine highlights the fundamental importance of nutrition in promoting and maintaining good health. The idea goes back thousands of years from the time of Hippocrates who is famous for saying, “Let food by thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” In our talks at Women’s Health Naturally 2025, we will discuss the current state of our food system in America, what it is that makes food medicine, how it impacts the biology of our body at different stages of life, and how to make informed choices that are essential to our health and wellbeing as well as the prevention of disease. Registration includes access to Expo Floor; 30+ practitioners/providers; Keynote address; Panel discussion on the same topic; catered lunch by Town Square Market; hourly drawings; and closing Sound Therapy/Movement by True Nature Holistic Arts.
